RayBall Website Mail is the connection between rayball.co.uk and Ray Ball’s Gmail account, rayballphotography@gmail.com. It lets the website send Contact Us enquiries and other WordPress messages through Gmail.
When a visitor submits the Contact Us form, the website uses the name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message they enter to create an email to Ray Ball. The email is delivered to his Gmail account. Ray Ball may use those details to read and reply to the enquiry.
The website owner authorizes WP Mail SMTP to use his Google account for this connection. Google’s https://mail.google.com/ permission allows reading, composing, sending and permanently deleting all messages in that Gmail account. Ray Ball has configured the website to use this connection to send website email. WordPress stores the connection settings and authorization needed to use Gmail. Google processes the resulting email. WP Mail SMTP uses connect.wpmailsmtp.com during authorization. See WP Mail SMTP’s privacy policy for its own data practices.
This connection is not used to sell Gmail data or for advertising. Messages delivered to Gmail remain there until Ray Ball deletes them under his account settings. The website owner can revoke the Google connection from his Google account or WP Mail SMTP settings.
For questions about this connection or a Contact Us message, email rayballphotography@gmail.com.
